General Return Policy:
Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tested. For health and safety reasons, all beauty product sales are considered final once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened.
Eligibility for Returns:

4. Shipping Costs Customer Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
If the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product, Rixelle Beauty will cover the return shipping costs.
Processing Your Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
